Ben has been a Human Capital & Exit Plan Advisor for the last five years. He has excelled in executive search, business analysis, and workforce planning and has written and published several industry articles. Ben assists our succession and exit planning efforts as a trained and approved ExitMap® advisor and an affiliate of BizEquity®. Ben has been instrumental in many successful client engagements and brings a strong work ethic and millennial perspective to the PivotPoint Team and the clients we serve.

Ben is a member of AmericanHort and regularly attends and has exhibited at trade events inclusive of the National Hardware Show, IGC, Cultivate, MANTS, and Hardware Co-op trade shows. He has also been a speaker and presenter at several educational trade seminars. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Indiana University.
